These Terms govern use of AI CV Maker & Resume Builder on Android and iOS, including resume import, AI-assisted features, exports, subscriptions, consumable purchases, rewarded advertising, and account-based services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
By downloading, installing, or using AI CV Maker & Resume Builder, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you obtain the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, applicable store terms and rules also apply. These Terms do not replace the Apple Standard EULA, any applicable Apple terms, or Google Play terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload, including resume text, photos, imported files, and related personal information.
You give the app and necessary service providers limited technical permission to host, store, transmit, parse, extract, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide the feature you selected, maintain security, and support the service. This is not a transfer of ownership.
If you import a file, image, or document, you represent that you have the right to use that material and permit us and our service providers to process it for the requested feature.
When you use import, OCR, ATS, or AI features, you instruct us to process the submitted content with our systems and trusted providers.
AI and OCR outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, or formatted imperfectly. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving names, dates, qualifications, and all other content before using or sending it.
AI output is not legal, financial, hiring, or other professional advice. The app is a preparation tool and does not make hiring decisions.
ATS scores and recommendations are informational estimates based on automated heuristics and AI applied to the submitted resume and job description. Actual employer systems, scoring, ranking, screening rules, and hiring decisions may differ.
The app does not guarantee ATS compatibility, an employer-specific score, interview, job offer, employment, or that a resume will pass screening.
Rewarded advertising is voluntary and separate from purchases and Premium. The first iOS App Store release contains no advertising SDK or rewarded-ad path. On Android, rewarded inventory may use Google AdMob or Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) through Google AdMob Mediation; the Free Android app may also display a Home banner.
A bounded action or unlock is provided only after the advertising provider confirms qualifying completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on network access, privacy choices, region, configuration, provider availability, and inventory. A cancelled, unavailable, failed, or incomplete ad provides no reward.
An ad reward is not a purchase, a 30-action consumable pack, or a global Premium subscription. Where currently supported, the app may offer retry, Premium, or an applicable consumable purchase as an alternative path.
Free and Guest users may keep up to three active resumes at a time. This is not a lifetime resume-creation limit. Deleting a resume frees a slot, and editing, previewing, renaming, or deleting an existing resume does not consume a permanent creation allowance.
Premium users may keep and create unlimited resumes, subject to normal service and technical limits. If a Free user already has more than three resumes because of an earlier app version or previous Premium access, existing resumes are not deleted, but new creation may be blocked while the active count remains at or above three.
Free users receive exactly three starter export operations in total, shared across PDF, JPG/JPEG, and DOCX/Word. This is one pool of three, not three exports per format. Deleting, replacing, recreating, or re-editing a resume does not restore starter exports. A multi-page JPG export may produce multiple page files but counts as one export operation.
After the starter pool is exhausted, a non-Premium user needs an available purchased EXPORT credit or Premium for another eligible export. Premium includes unlimited eligible exports and does not consume starter exports or purchased EXPORT credits while access is valid.
Monthly Premium and Annual Premium are auto-renewing subscriptions that provide the Premium features shown in the app while the shared premium entitlement is active. iOS billing is handled by Apple through the App Store; Android billing is handled by Google Play. RevenueCat assists with store offerings, entitlement state, purchase status, consumable balances, and restoration.
The applicable Store displays the actual product, price, currency, billing period, and any trial at purchase time. The app does not directly process full payment-card details, and these Terms do not hardcode a purchase price or currency.
Monthly and Annual Premium renew automatically until cancelled through Apple subscription settings on iOS or Google Play subscriptions on Android according to the applicable Store rules. Signing out, uninstalling the app, or deleting an AI CV Maker & Resume Builder account does not cancel a Store subscription.
Refunds and purchase disputes are handled under the applicable Store policies and applicable law.
Four consumable products add 30 actions to their corresponding balance: ATS actions, Cover Letter actions, AI Assistant actions, or Export actions. Separate valid purchases of the same pack can accumulate. Consumables do not activate Premium.
The export_pack_30 consumable grants 30 EXPORT credits. One successful eligible PDF, JPG, or DOCX export operation consumes one EXPORT credit, including a multi-page JPG operation. Starter exports and purchased EXPORT credits do not unlock Pro templates; appropriate template entitlement or Premium access is required separately.
While Premium is active, covered actions bypass purchased-balance debit. Premium expiry does not erase previously purchased remaining balances.
Restore Purchases asks the Store and RevenueCat to refresh eligible or restorable purchases, subscription access, and recorded account balances. It does not repurchase a product or re-grant actions already consumed merely because Restore was pressed.
Registration is not required to start using the app in Guest mode. A Guest may create, edit, preview, rename, and delete locally stored resumes within the applicable Free limits. Guest data may remain only on the device; signing in may enable cloud synchronization, profile storage, account recovery, and account-related features. Premium and a Firebase account are separate states.
Android and iOS provide an in-app account-deletion action in Settings after confirmation and supported recent-sign-in verification. Public instructions are also available at https://myresumeapp-831ab.web.app/account-deletion/.
Deletion affects application-controlled account and cloud data. Store and billing-provider purchase history may remain under their rules or legal obligations. Account deletion, local-data removal, and App Store or Google Play subscription cancellation are separate operations.
The app, its software, branding, layout, and non-user content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Resume templates and app assets are licensed for use within the service and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed except as allowed by law or explicit written permission.
AI, OCR, advertising, cloud, authentication, billing, import, export, and other features may be temporarily unavailable because of network, device, service-provider, security, inventory, maintenance, or Store conditions.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or compatibility with every device, employer workflow, or document format.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, employment outcomes, or data issues resulting from your use of the service.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to address a material violation, abuse, security risk, or legal obligation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms to reflect feature changes, legal requirements, or business updates. The revised version becomes effective when posted in the app or otherwise communicated to you, unless a different date is stated.
